Your money, protected

Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details never touch our servers. Paying by card adds your card network's own purchase protection.
If we ever had to cancel the journey, you would receive a full refund, including your deposit.
If your plans change 61 or more days before departure, everything beyond the deposit is refunded within 10 business days.
Travel insurance is required for every guest, and we review your policy together on your welcome call.

Payment Schedule

We’ve structured payments in three installments so you can spread the cost over several months:

Deposit

$2,000 (20%) due at booking, fully refundable until the departure confirms

Second Installment

$4,000 due December 1, 2026, or 14 days after we confirm, whichever is later

Final Balance

$3,995 due January 8, 2027

Cancellation Policy

Before we confirm the departure

Every payment is refunded in full, including the deposit

After confirmation, on or before December 17, 2026

Everything you have paid beyond the deposit is refunded in full (61 or more days before departure)

Cancel from December 18, 2026

No refund is available (60 days or fewer before departure)

Your $2,000 per-person deposit stays fully refundable until we confirm the departure, and becomes non-refundable once we do. We call to welcome you personally, answer your questions, and note your dietary preferences and rooming wishes.

In the coming months

We guide you through your India e-Visa and required travel insurance, and we are one email away for flights or trip extensions.

December 1, 2026

Your second payment of $4,000 is due.

January 8, 2027

Your final balance of $3,995 is due, and your final documents, packing guide, and travel details follow.

Departure day

You land in Delhi (DEL), your driver is waiting at arrivals, and your seat at the table is set.
